A friend of mine posted something like this the other day and I figured would copy (a little tired for creativity and originality).

Monday:
7:30am – 5pm: Work
5:30pm – 6:30pm: Chiropractor
7pm: Gym for a workout

Tuesday:
7:30am – 5pm: Work
6pm – 7pm: Gym for Run Club
7pm – 8pm: Gym for a workout

Wednesday:
7:30am – 5pm: Work
5:30pm – 6:30pm: Chiropractor or Endocrinologist (depends on the week)
8pm – 9pm: Gym for group personal training with Brandon

Thursday:
6am – 7am: Gym for Run Club
7:30am – 5:30pm: Work
6pm – 8pm: Kickball League
8pm: Kelley’s Irish Pub Kickball Dinner and Drinks

Friday:
7:30am – 5:30pm: Work
6pm: Gym for workout

Saturday:
8:15am – 10am: Gym for Run Club and Workout

Sunday:
10:30am – 11:30am: Church
5:30pm – 9pm: Chores – grocery store, laundry, gas in the car, cleaning apartment
