Warm-Up: The Greatest Warm-Up Ever = Burpee Dodgeball

Skill: Kettlebell snatches – 3 x 10 @ 20#

WOD: 3 RFT of 12 KB Snatches (20#, each arm), 12 T2B (or knees to almost elbows for me), 12 broad jumps – 10:41 đŸ™‚

Overall, excellent way to start Friday!
