CrossFit: January 7, 2014

First time back at the box in almost a month. Fail for paying for the month and not going. Fail for having the flu right before Christmas and work deliverables.


I’m back!

Warm-Up: 50m worth of inch worms, lunges, lunges with pass thrus, lunges with around the worlds, bear crawls, crab walks, and gorilla jumps/walks

Skill & WOD: CrossFit Total

Strict Press – 85#

Back Squat – 145#

Dead Lift – 150#

CrossFit Total = 380

Unfortunately, this is lower than the 415 I got in August. It really does make a difference being sick and out of the gym for a month…
