I know that after 3+ weeks of absence that you don’t want to read about my crossfit adventures (which have actually taken a longer repreive at 4+ weeks) but this is my journal of progress at the gym in addition to lively updates of my wanderings so…
Warm-Up: 3 rounds of 400m run (in the cold!), 9 speller rolls, 60 unbroken single unders, 10 kettlebell swings
Skill: weighted jane fonda’s
WOD: 10 to 1 G to OH & burpees – 17:17
I did power cleans with strict presses for as long as possible and then switched to push jerks.
This was actually my second trip to CF this weekend but I’m not posting the previous workout – it was miserable – and I didn’t remember my time or any of my weights, just that it was way hard.
