Warm-Up: 3 round of 400m run, 60 unbroken single unders, 9 speller rolls
Skill: Power Cleans – PR at 85#
WOD: 4 RFT of 3 power cleans (65#) and 10 ring dips – 5:27
I did assisted ring dips and dips on boxes which are both PR’s for me (I had only done dips on a box with my feet on the floor). Overall, excellent Friday morning workout, especially with limited sleep and no food after 3pm the day before!
