Warm-Up: 800m run, 9 speller rolls, 10 pointers, 80 single unders

Skill: Split Jerk 4-4-2-2-1-1 working on form at 65#

WOD: 3 RFT of 15 box jumps (24″), 12 power cleans (65#), 400m – 13:54!!

It’s amazing how a little perspective changes everything. After doing 114 power cleans on Saturday, I was able to power thru this quickly this morning. It was fun to finish fast 🙂
