Labor Day Monster

Warm-Up: 200m run, 10 hollow points, 9 speller rolls, 10 supermans

WOD:

1 miles run

100 burpees

1/2 mile run

100 wall balls (10#)

1/2 mile run

100 pistols (one-legged squats)

1/2 mile run

100 kettlebell swings (20kg)

1/2 mile run

100 pull-ups

1 mile run

 

It was a monster but I finished is 79:15 and it felt much better than the hotshot workout from Saturday.
