Warm-Up: 300m row, 10 reverse harpers, 80 consequative single unders, 100m prowler bar @ 45#

Skill: 5 x 5 pendlay rows, snatch, behind press, good mornings @45#

WOD: 3 RFT of 21-15-9 push-ups, back squats @ 65#, pull-ups – finished at 13:28 with modified push-ups and pull-ups (as usual) but I’m happy with it. My shoulder smarts right now so we’ll have to wait to see if it was worth it tomorrow…
