Kinda weird to not have Jim at the box this morning…he’s on vacation but it’s still weird…

Warm-Up: 400m run, 70 single unders unbroken

Skill: 3-3-3 pendlay rows and snatch bounce (55#)

Every 30sec for 5min snatch bounce with a hold at the bottom for 10sec (35#)

WOD: 3 RFT of 300 single unders, 20 pistols each leg, 400m run – 19:40 which I’m proud of 🙂

(If you’re not into math, that’s 970 single unders, 1600m running, 60 pistols each leg, 19 snatch bounce, and 9 pendlay rows)
