CrossFit: August 5, 2013

Yes – it’s been a week since I went to the box! I’m super glad to be back (although laying on the beach in Florida was spectacular as well!) 🙂

Warm-Up: 250m row, 100 single unders, 9 speller rolls, 10 pointers

Skill: power cleans – 5 min of 1 PWCLN and 2 FSQ at 30sec intervals (55#)

WOD: 15min AMRAP of 7 push press (55#), 9 med ball pikes (8kg), 11 box jumps (24″) – I finished 6 rounds which was pretty good considering how terrible I was feeling from eating/drinking whatever (still no gluten) and not really exercising for a week. I did run on the beach but it was only far enough to make it to the local coffee shop 🙂
