I have two new favorite foods to eat ๐Ÿ™‚

1. Homemade Zucchini Squash Chips

Slice zucchini squash thinly (approximately the thickness of a quarter).
Spray a foil-lined cookie sheet with cooking spray.
Place slices on the cookie sheet.
Preheat oven to 225 degrees F.
Spray slices with cooking spray.
Add seasoning (I just sprinkled with sea salt).
Cook for 2 hours.
At the 1 hour mark, rotate the sheet.
Eat almost immediately ๐Ÿ™‚

 2. Homemade Tomato Basil Hummus

I put all the above ingredients in an individual serving blender and blended until smooth.
Place in the refrigerator to thicken.
Eat with chopped veggie strips ๐Ÿ™‚
