Monday’s Workout

I know it’s Thursday but here’s Monday night’s training session:

Warm-Up was 10 minutes of walking lunges on the treadmill. Everything else was in sets of rep 30 seconds, rest 20 seconds, rep 20 seconds, rest 10 seconds, rep 10 seconds and repeat 3 times:

  • Squats (no weight)
  • Squats with 25 lb weight
  • Box steps with 15 lb weight in each hand, doing military press at the top of the box
  • Leg extensions with 150 lb weights on the bar
  • Planks
  • Leg raises while hold a 25 lb weight straight above chest with both hands
  • Push-Ups

My legs were like Jell-O when I was running the next morning but it was awesome!
