100 Monday

Monday is my 1 set of 100 reps day at the gym so here’s what I did on my 100 Monday:

  • Squats with 25 lb body bar on my shoulders
  • Side squats with 25 lb weight between my legs
  • Lunges (each leg got a set of 100)
  • Bicep curls
  • Triceps pull downs
  • Incline push-ups (hands on the window ledge)
  • Reverse Crunches with hands on the window ledge
  • Side crunches (100 each side)
I also sprinted on the treadmill for 5 minutes and did 3 minutes of incline planks (3 sets for 1 minutes each).
I was almost late for work because I was in a zone while I was lifting and didn’t look at the clock enough but it was totally worth it! I was pretty sore Tuesday night and all day yesterday. 🙂
