Group Session Tonight:

  • 1/4 mile jog then 1/4 mile lunges with 25 lb body bar across the shoulders then repeat
  • 1 minute plank, 30 second reverse plank, repeat 3 times
  • 10 lunges, 12 squats with 25 lb body bar, repeat 10+ times
  • 2 minutes of leg raises holding the 25 lb body bar
  • 45 second leg raise hold followed immediately by 1 minutes of leg raise reps
My legs will be toast in the morning and my abs will be jelly but my run will still be an amazing start to my day tomorrow! 🙂
