Run Club this morning.

2.25 miles in 20:50 and then I drank some water at the aid station.

1.08 miles in 8:24 which was pretty killer.

I want to run the Austin Half Marathon on Feb 17th 2013 in less than 2 hours which means I need to shave 30+ minutes off my run time. This starts by running raster miles on a regular basis. I also need to look at a calendar and set-up my long run schedule…
